Terms and Conditions

General

By placing any order through the Flowerwallco or through email, social media or any form you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Our normal working days are Monday to Sunday excluding public holidays.

Prices shown or agreed include delivery.

Set up of products will be arranged between the supplier and the customer after we have received payment or notification of this, and the deposit is received

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between the customer and client will take place via email/ phone.

All products will be at your own risk from the time of delivery to you or your agent.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website or otherwise provided to you are correct at the time, but this information may not always reflect the position when you place an order on the Website or we order products for you.

We will treat all your personal information as confidential and keep it secure and use reasonable endeavours to comply with UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.

We will endeavour to replace any damaged arrangements within a reasonable time and will invoice you for such a replacement arrangement.

We will supply appropriates vases and /or containers. You agree to take reasonable care of the arrangements, vases and containers.

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of England.

Delivery Services

We offer a local delivery for hire walls and installations are covered UK wide.

Flowers sent to business addresses and other organisations will be delivered to a main reception or collection point. We will attempt to obtain a signature at the time of delivery.

 

Weddings and Events

General

By placing any order on this Website or through our shop, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Prices shown or agreed include the cost of delivery.

All products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to you or your agent.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website or otherwise provided to you are correct at the time, but this information may not always reflect the position when you place an order on the Website or we order products for you.

Payment

A deposit is payable at the time your order is accepted and agreed. This is not refundable in any circumstances. Unless the Flowerwallco cancels for unforeseen circumstances. Payment of the remaining balance is payable at least one weeks before the installation or event date.

Access and Installation Arrangements

Where it is necessary for us to install flowers or other products you agree to arrange access for us to the premises at specific and agreed times. If for any reason we are unable to obtain access at the agreed times, we cannot guarantee the completion of the installation by the agreed times. We confirm that we will use out best endeavours to meet the time timetable. We cannot accept liability for any damages or costs due to us being unable to gain access to premises at the agreed times.

Photographs

You agree that any photographs of our flowers or products taken by us at your event or wedding may be displayed on our website or social media. In the event that individuals are pictured we will seek your consent to display the pictures, which consent should not be unreasonably withheld.

Changes and Cancellation

We will accept changes to hire products and installations in regard to changing dates only with at least 1 weeks’ notice.

We cannot guarantee we can accept any changes after that time but will use our best endeavours to accommodate such requests.

Payments made cannot be refunded if cancellation buy the customer for a hire wall takes place less than one weeks before the date of event.

Payments made cannot be refunded if cancellation buy the customer for a permanent installation.

Our liability for losses you suffers as a result of us breaching this agreement is limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. We are not responsible for indirect losses which may occur as a consequence of the main loss or damage, including, but not limited to;

< >Reduction of enjoyment of special occasions, such as weddings or special parties
Reduction in colour co-ordination or quality in pictures taken of eventsa: Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
b. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
c. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
d. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
e. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
f. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
g. Unusual weather conditions

h: sickness and health issues

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the event, which is outside of our control continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of England.

Cancellations and Limitations

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this agreement is limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased or hired, We are not responsible for indirect losses which may occur as a consequence of the main loss or damage, including, but not limited to;
